Reduce subsidies and educate people to increase their earnings

Deregulate Diesel and start reducing subsidies on LPG and Kerosene. Spend the money saved in subsidy on creating better infrastructure in rural schools. We need more and more young people, who can change jobs easily than the people looking for job protection. This will help in creating a healthy labour relations, as employers will be on their toes to retain the existing employees. This is what we observe in young professionals working in modern private sector involving banks, insurance, KPOs and BPOs. We need to increase their numbers.
