Presently, India is going through a change in demography. Traditional business families of Marwaris are switching to service instead of changing the scale of business of their parents. These family entrepreneurs were uneducated and could not make out the change needed for changing the scale and unaware of their potential to upgrade their scale. It is high time, we use energy and vision of our younger generation to change the course of business, rather than clinging to old traditional style of carrying on the business. The business re-engineering process is need of the hour for this transformation. Both the parents and children should be ready for the change. Otherwise they will just be onlookers. They must believe in the rule of economics- Grow or Perish.
