Considering the present state of affairs in education and healthcare, we need public-private participation. Instead of expecting private sector to invest and run the institutions, we should ask the private sector to manage the existing institutions under Govt. control. Existing subsidies and expenditure incurred by the Govt. be paid to the Private management, who should be asked to continue to provide services at existing subsidised rates.
